Description
In conjunction with Business West and the University of the West of England, The Gainsborough Bath Spa is proud to host a series of events entitled: Phenomenal Women.
The first of the series features Bel Mooney. Bel Mooney's career as a highly successful journalist, author and broadcaster has lasted 48 years to date - and she shows no signs of slowing down. She has written six literary novels, travel, memoirs, and about thirty books for children - as well as winning awards for one of her Radio 4 series and for children's books published in the USA. She ran a production company (Radio and TV) with her first husband, and now trades as Moon Media Ltd with her second.
Having written for almost every national newspaper and many magazines, she has (since 2005) also become an inspirational advice columnist, first with The Times and for the last eleven years with the Daily Mail. She also writes comment articles and book reviews for that newspaper – and believes you can always re-invent yourself.
The event will begin with Prosecco, canapés and networking. Bel’s talk will be followed by a practical business coaching session from a member of the Business School of the University of the West of England.
